We use your information to respond to your request, schedule & confirm your appointment, send you information related to your call, improve our website & meet our legal obligations. The legal basis is your consent & steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6 of the GDPR).
SMS & Mobile Information
If you check the consent box, we use your mobile number only to send the message types shown when you signed up: appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-up on your request. Your number is stored securely & protected by appropriate technical & organizational measures.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information collected (such as IP address and browser type) exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting Out
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You will receive one final confirmation message, then no further texts. Reply HELP for help. You can also withdraw consent to emails using the link in every message.
